Private Play Events

You’ll be the host of your special event, with an Imagination Rising team member there throughout to support you as needed. During your time with us, the entire 1,250 sq. ft. space will be reserved  for you and up to 40 guests. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks!

We are offering a discounted rate of $250 (originally $325) for the first 10 parties booked with us! Party rental includes exclusive use of the space for private parties for up to 2.5 hours. If you’d like to extend your celebration, additional time can be added in 30-minute increments for $50. 

To secure your date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before your birthday party venue event begins. 

We understand that plans can change! If necessary, you can request a new date as long as it’s at least 14 days prior to your original booking.

Our party space can be arranged to fit your group and celebration style. Tables and seating can be adjusted ahead of time based on your preferred layout and guest count, with seating available for up to 40 guests.

Whether you’re planning a smaller gathering or a larger celebration, we’re happy to work with you to create a setup that fits your needs comfortably and keeps the space feeling welcoming and functional.

You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks you’d like for your celebration! To help keep our play space clean and safe, all food and beverages should be enjoyed in the party room only.

Please note:

• Alcohol is not permitted
• We do not have a kitchen or refrigeration/heating available

We ask that all party supplies, food, and personal items are cleared from the party room by the end of your event time. We’ll provide trash bags and dispose of them after the party.

Our space is thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and convenient for all families:

• Fully wheelchair accessible (single-level space)
• One private, family-style restroom with a changing table

Free parking is available directly in front of the building for easy access—making arrival and unloading simple for you and your guests.

Bring Your Own Decor

You’re welcome to fully customize your party and bring your own decorations, food, drinks, cake, and special touches to make the space your own. We’ll provide the space—you bring the vision!

Simple Party Decor Package (+$50)

Want to keep party planning easy? Let us take care of the decorating so you can focus on making memories. Our birthday décor package adds a touch of magic to your celebration and helps create a fun themed space with minimal effort on your part.

Choose from a variety of playful themes (and if you don't see the one you're dreaming of, just let us know—we love bringing new ideas to life!).

Each birthday décor add-on includes coordinating decorations to match your chosen theme, including:

• balloon bouquet
• table clothes
• banner (or backdrop)
• table centerpieces
• plates, cups, napkins
• party hats
• utensils

*If more than 25 count is needed, it will be $70 for the decor add-on
